Group Project

For the commercial project, I will be working with Zack Zimmerman and Luke Mehroff. I have known both of them since sixth grade. We were put in advanced placement. Throughout the three years we were in the same classes. Because of this, I got to know them individually throughout our time together in junior high. I've worked with Zack on multiple projects and we have always worked really well with each other. We both are very creative thinkers, and our assignments usually turn out really well. He is more extraverted whereas I'm a lot more shy. It's a perfect balance where I can work behind the scenes while he can be the forefront of the acting. Although I have less experience working with Luke, I have no doubt that our working environment with be very productive. Zack's natural charisma will prove him to be a good subject/main character for the commercial. My creative thinking and recording knowledge/skills will allow me to be the camera man and director. Luke's technology skills will make him a good editor. We each serve different purposes that will mesh well and produce a good commercial for this assignment. I'm semi-decent at drawing so I think it will help with creating our storyboard so we can better visualize where we want to take this. I am also good at coming up with storylines and directives for projects. For the product we are debating going with, Zack has a lot of said product so that'll make it easy to shoot. Luke knowing his way around a computer will make the editing process so much easier because I have very little knowledge and patience for computers. No one in our group has a domineering personality so I feel like we will work well with each other and not crowd or boss any other individual(s). Safe to say we all have our strengths that will bring our project to a better standard.
